Ordering
At this time, I only offer what is seen on this website. I do not have any additional storefronts at this time and cannot offer wholesale. I may be able to honor some special product requests depending on the rarity of the product you are looking for, especially if the product is something I am able to hand collect. Please message me if you would like to discuss further.
Payment
At this time I accept PayPal and standard cards. In the future I may be able to offer payment plans but do not at this point. However, if you'd like to discuss a personal payment plan, please message me and we may be able to work something out!
Shipping
Current processing times are 1-7 business days. This is a one-person run small business so while I will do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please understand that I have other work and responsibilities to attend to as well. If you need an order by a certain date, please message me before ordering or immediately after ordering and I will do my best to honor your request.
At this time I only ship within the US but hope to be able to offer shipping to Canada and Mexico soon, and shipping to outside of North America at a future time. All packages are shipped through USPS and come with tracking information that will be sent to your email. I do not control how long shipping times take, unfortunately. If your package is lost, please message me! I can help you with your report to USPS.
My packaging is all either reused or eco-conscious including reused bubble wrap, recyclable packing material, and eco-friendly packing tape. Every order comes with freebies and a handwritten thank you note that can be customized if the order is a gift or if you go by a different name than what is on your payment/shipping information. Feel free to leave me a note at check out with the name you'd like me to use and reach out to me if you have any questions about your order or about any products I offer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been shipped. If you contact me before your order is shipped, I may be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. Refund or exchange requests sent after I have created your shipping label may include a restocking fee to recoop shipping costs or the price of packaging materials. I am not responsible if your package is stolen or permanently lost in transit, but please reach out to me and we may be able to work out a deal on replacements if possible.
